Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies

  • Review and approve KYC files, account openings, and client onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct periodic compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to the FRA in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify compliance gaps, potential breaches, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and continuous regulatory updates to internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

MUST hold a valid Compliance License issued by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or other control functions within securities firms or financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of FRA regulations, EGX rules, AML requirements, KYC standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently with sound judgment.
