MOSOLF moves A pioneer in automotive logistics. As a logistics expert and system service provider for the automotive industry, MOSOLF moves around 2.5 million vehicles every year. Our services include the transport of vehicles as well as sales and rental preparations, storage, inspections, processing and special expansion. In this way, we accompany the vehicles of our well-known European customers throughout their entire life cycle.
MOSOLF Port Logistics & Services is looking for an experienced Compound Logistics Manager (m/w/d) Middle East for international deployment in the United Arab Emirates/Saudi Arabia with immediate effect in full-time.
What you move with us your tasks:
Technical management: You take responsibility for the coordination of our compound locations in Dubai and, in the future, in Saudi Arabia and ensure smooth operations on site.
Operational control: You control all logistical processes from vehicle acceptance to storage to delivery and pay attention to efficiency and quality.
Quality management: You monitor technical processes such as the PDI and ensure that all quality, safety and environmental standards are met.
Team management: You lead and develop the local team (yard employees, drivers, technicians) and promote a culture of personal responsibility and cooperation.
Communication & interfaces: You work closely with OEMs, transport partners and internal departments and ensure professional coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
Berufserfahrung: You have completed training or a degree and have many years of experience in automotive logistics or a comparable industry ideally with a connection to the Middle East region.
Sprachkenntnisse: You have very good English skills (and ideally good German skills) in spoken and written form and can move confidently in an international environment.
Arbeitsweise: You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and have intercultural skills.
Mobilit t: You enjoy traveling regularly within the region and actively taking on new challenges.
Wohnsitz: You are already living in the United Arab Emirates or are willing to permanently move your center of life there.
