Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for end-users (hardware, OS, applications, peripherals).
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and security patches.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Perform system imaging, backup & recovery, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CompTIA A+ Certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of hardware, OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: CompTIA Network+/Security+ or Microsoft certifications.
