Computer Engineer

Responsibilities:  

• Analyze user needs and propose appropriate IT solutions
• Design, develop and maintain applications and databases
• Administer computer systems, networks and servers
• Ensure the security, reliability and confidentiality of data
• Provide technical support and assistance to users
• Participate in the implementation of IT projects and monitor their execution
• Write technical documentation and reports related to its activity
• Ensure technological monitoring and propose innovative improvements
• Ensure the administration, management and operation of databases as well as business applications, ensuring their performance, security and availability
• Guarantee technical support and assistance to the different entities of our agency, ensuring effective processing of incidents and requests for evolution
• Actively contribute to technological monitoring relating to methods, development tools and integration solutions of the Information System, in order to anticipate developments and optimize internal practices
• Participate in the development and implementation of action plans aimed at the progressive and coherent integration of the Information System of our agency
• Ensure the operational management of systems, ensuring their service continuity, their reliability and compliance with the standards and procedures in force

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent
• Desired experience in a similar position
• Mastery of programming languages and/or system & network administration
• Analytical mind, autonomy and rigor
