Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Algorithms design (Enterprise Architect and Java) for C4I applications.

Creation of Algorithm Description Documents.

Prototyping of designed algorithms (Java).

Define test cases for prototype and product solutions.

Perform studies and data analysis (e.g., MATLAB, Python).

Coordinate the solution with the ALGO Team Lead and the SW team lead.

Implement or support the SW team to implement the algorithms.

Work collaboratively with professional developers, system architects and product managers to deliver high quality technical solutions.

Work in a multi-disciplinary environment that includes SE, SW, ITV, Simulation, QA, CM.

Handle and debug issues coming from internal lab testing as well as from other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: PhD, Masters or Bachelors - Computer Science Engineer / Software Engineer / Electronic Engineer / Mathematics.

7+ years of experience working as SW Systems Engineer / Algorithm Designer.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to produce technical documentation.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.

Programming languages: Java and Object-Oriented Programming.

Good level of spoken and written English language (upper-intermediate).
