Responsibilities:

• Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware (workstations, printers, servers, peripherals).
• Manage and maintain the local network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and the Internet connection.
• Administer the clinic's business software (ERP type)
• Train and assist users on internal IT tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (software, hardware, network).
• Ensure data backup and security (regular backups, antivirus, firewalls, user access).
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the clinic's information system.
• Collaborate with external providers (suppliers, technicians, software support).

Skills:

• Good knowledge of network administration and IT security.
• Software and hardware maintenance skills.
• Ability to make technical concepts understandable to non-IT staff.
• Rigorous, sense of service and confidentiality.
