Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment (workstations, printers, servers, peripherals).
- Manage and maintain the local network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and the Internet connection.
- Administering the clinic's third-party software (ERP type)
- Train and assist users on internal IT tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (software, hardware, network).
- Ensure the backup and security of data (regular backups, antivirus, firewall, user access).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the clinic's information system.
- Collaborating with external service providers (suppliers, technicians, software support).
- Good knowledge of network administration and IT security.
- Skills in software maintenance++ and hardware.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-IT staff.
- Rigour, sense of service and confidentiality.
- R activity and autonomy.
