Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide user support (level 1 and 2): installation, troubleshooting, assistance.
  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure: PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, networks.
  • Install and configure software, updates, antivirus and security tools.
  • Monitor the internal network and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Manage technical incidents and document interventions.

  • Master of French and English
  • Good mastery of technical support, IT maintenance and networks.
  • Knowledge of computer security is appreciated.
  • Sense of service, autonomy, organization and responsiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in French and English. Proficient in technical support, IT maintenance and networks. Knowledge of IT security is a plus. Service-oriented, autonomous, organized and responsive.
