SPA SATICOM

Main missions and activities:

• Management, installation and maintenance of computer equipment (computer workstations, peripherals)
• Administration and operation of some servers
• Assistance with software management, installation and maintenance
• Assistance and technical support (hardware and software) for users
• Backup management on applications and internal servers
• Introduction of IT resources to new users
• Raising user awareness about IT security and best practices
• Assistance with IP telephony management, user support, and facility maintenance
• Management and maintenance of video projection and videoconferencing systems
• Assistance and technical support for users of video projection and videoconferencing equipment

Additional missions and activities:

• Participation in IT projects

Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of the hardware architecture of a workstation
• General knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
• Common configurations, systems and office tools
• Advanced concepts in computer networks and IP telephony
• Advanced concepts of video projection and videoconferencing systems

Expertise

• Knowing how to detect and diagnose system and network problems
• Use automated deployment tools, fleet management
• Apply IT security rules and operating instructions
• Conducting a telephone support interview
• Use remote support tools
• Follow the procedures
• Engage with users by adapting to their expectations
• Working as a team
• Knowing how to manage your time and prioritize
• Adapting to technological developments
• English: Reading and listening comprehension: level 1

Interpersonal skills

• To be autonomous, rigorous, organized, a good teacher, to have a good analytical mind and good interpersonal skills
• Qualification : Computer technician or senior technician
• Experience : 3 years in a similar position
