Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to website users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application incidents
Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and computer equipment
Participate in the operation and maintenance of the site's servers (monitoring, updates, checks)
Contribute to maintaining the information system in operational condition (MCO)
Apply the procedures and IT standards in force (security, access, backups)
Participate in the local deployment of new IT equipment, systems or services
Assist project teams during the installation and production phases
Track, process and close requests and incidents via the ticketing tool
Write and update technical documentation and operating procedures
Ensure compliance with IT security rules and best user practices
Optimize the use of IT tools and provide daily support to users
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+2 in Computer Science (DTS, BTS, DUT or equivalent).
First experience or internship in IT support / systems appreciated.
Basic knowledge of:
- Syst mes Windows / Linux (notions)
- Networks (LAN, TCP/IP concepts)
- Workstations and office tools
Sense of service, rigor, team spirit and good communication skills.
