Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative architectural concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

  • Prepare concept designs, master plans, and feasibility studies based on project requirements

  • Lead space planning, massing studies, zoning analysis, and façade design development

  • Create and present design proposals, mood boards, and conceptual presentations to clients and management

  • Coordinate with interior designers, civil, structural, and MEP teams for design integration

  • Ensure concepts align with project budget, functionality, and client expectations

  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and design standards

  • Guide design teams from concept stage to design development stage

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree is a plus)

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in architectural design and concept development

  • Strong experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master planning projects

  • Proven background in concept design, façade development, space planning, and design strategy

  • Experience in preparing and presenting concept proposals, design presentations, and feasibility studies

  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, local authority requirements, and international design standards
