Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Drive concept direction with Senior leads and contribute original design solutions
- Develop concept layouts, key views, spatial principles, and design narratives
- Produce client facing presentations with high visual and logical quality
- Coordinate inputs from technical, FF and E, and BIM teams early to reduce rework
- Support internal design reviews and guide junior concept designers
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years experience in concept design (interior design)
- Strong portfolio with hospitality concepts and presentation excellence
- Skilled in relevant tools such as Revit, SketchUp or Rhino, plus Adobe CC, with strong layout skills
- Confident communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Operator and brand standards awareness is an advantage
