Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide guests with comprehensive information and recommendations on dining, entertainment, transportation, and local attractions in Dubai.
Arrange reservations, tickets, transportation, tours, and special requests with precision and discretion.
Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency, empathy, and discretion.
Maintain close relationships with vendors, service providers, and local partners to ensure quality guest experiences.
Support VIP guests, long-stay guests, and repeat visitors with personalized services and amenities.
Maintain an organized Concierge Desk with up-to-date brochures, maps, and local information.
Coordinate with Bell Desk, Valet, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Log all guest requests and tasks accurately in the system and follow up until completion.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural passion for service.
- Well-versed in Dubai s top attractions, fine dining, shopping, and cultural offerings.
- Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in a Concierge or Front Office role in a luxury hotel environment.
