Concierge Agent Four Seasons Hotel

Provide guests with detailed information, recommendations, and reservations for restaurants, activities, tours, transportation, shopping, and local attractions.
Assist in coordinating guest requests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring seamless and elevated service.
Work closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Residences, and other departments to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Handle special occasion arrangements such as anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, and cultural experiences.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the resort, Red Sea destination, and local partnerships.
Ensure VIP guests and repeat visitors receive personalized and thoughtful attention.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests with professionalism and genuine care.
Assist with pre-opening tasks such as local vendor research, content development, and Concierge desk setup.

What You Bring
Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Desk, or Guest Services role at a luxury hotel or resort.
A passion for hospitality, service, and destination expertise.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong asset.
Local candidate.

Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in a guest-facing role in a 5-star hotel environment.
Familiarity with hotel systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency.
