Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge with experience in Hospitality, Residential Communities, or Front Desk Operations. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  1. To provide a professional concierge services at the Clubhouse Building, ensuring high standards of customer service, hospitality, and resident support throughout the year

  2. Concierge services includes:- Reception Support, Assistance to residents and visitors, Managing inquiries, Coordinating facility bookings, and Guiding guests to respective areas. (Additional optional tasks: valet coordination, event support, emergency assistance)

  3. The candidate shall manage daily operations including resident assistance, visitor registration, handling service requests, and coordinating with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams as required

  4. Maintain accurate logs and records, including visitor entries, lost-and-found items, incident reports, and daily activity reports. All documentation must be submitted to the client as required

  5. Monitor and provide support for facility bookings such as meeting rooms, sports courts, or event spaces, ensuring all procedures are followed and bookings are managed without conflict

  6. Assist residents with general information, community updates, and guidance regarding clubhouse services, amenities, and operational timings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 2–4 years of experience in concierge, front‑desk, hospitality, customer service, or community management roles

  2. Prior experience in residential communities, premium clubhouses, hotels, or serviced apartments is highly preferred

  3. The ideal candidate shall maintain a courteous, presentable, and professional approach at all times, ensuring a welcoming environment for all residents and guests

  4. Demonstrated ability to manage resident interactions, visitor handling, facility bookings, and service coordination

  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic/Russian languages

  6. Experience supporting events, valet coordination, or VIP guest handling

  7. Background in hospitality training, customer‑service, or community management

  8. Ability to manage crowd flow during peak hours or special events.
