Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Concierge in a high-volume, 5-star luxury hotel or international casino.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under the pressure of a fast-paced luxury environment.

  • Communication Mastery: You are fluent in English with exceptional conversational skills and the ability to build rapport instantly. Proficiency in additional languages specifically Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Stability & Integrity: We are seeking professionals looking for a forever home. If you have a history of frequent job-hopping, this role is not for you. We value loyalty and a proven track record of long-term commitment.
  • Local & Global Expertise: You possess an encyclopaedic knowledge of the UAE s luxury landscape and a make it happen attitude. You understand the nuances of high-end service, from securing exclusive reservations to managing complex guest itineraries.
