Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
The Concierge is responsible for assisting guests with personalized services, travel arrangements, reservations, and recommendations to enhance the overall guest experience. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, providing local knowledge, and always ensuring exceptional service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to guests with reservations, recommendations, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange transportation services including taxis, private transfers, and limousine services.
- Make reservations for restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby destinations.
- Assist guests with ticket bookings, tours, and cultural activities.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and cultural sites.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with courier services, deliveries, and special arrangements.
- Maintain a network of trusted local partners and service providers.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on all guest requests and inquiries.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Maintain records of guest preferences to enhance personalized service.
- Ensure a professional appearance and adhere to hotel grooming standards.
- Support the Front Office team during peak operational periods.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and cultural experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
