Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell the company's services including bank account assistance, medical and Emirates ID, PO Box assistance, phone answering, dependent visa, and more.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with bankers, clients, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to ensure services are delivered on time and to the highest standards, particularly for VIP clients.
  • Provide high-quality service while meeting sales targets and closing leads in ZOHO.
  • Track and update sales performance in the daily sales tracker, and assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Follow up with bankers on account openings, keeping clients updated until applications are approved.
  • Manage client expectations by providing accurate, up-to-date information on license packages.
  • Maintain professionalism and business etiquette during client interactions and meetings.
  • Identify training requirements within the department and provide performance feedback as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree graduate.
  • 2 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and client-facing positions.
  • Experience in the free zone or business setup industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, client-first attitude.
