Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains a Sensational Service Standard that embraces time as the 'new' luxury, ensuring the delivery of 'FIVE-Styled' services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning in a timely manner, exceeding the highest expectations, all while exuding the Vibe at FIVE.
- Stays abreast of all Hotel Services, including daily VIP Requests and Special Events, delivering a Curated Experience that exceeds Guest Expectations.
- Serves as a key Point of Contact for Guests and efficiently responds to Guest Enquiries.
- Provides First-in-Class Advice and Booking Services for a wide variety of Guest Enquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, and flight bookings, amongst others.
- Creates a FIVE-Star Experience by professionally Welcoming all Guests, addressing their service needs, and showing Genuine Appreciation for their Visit.
- Efficiently processes and relays messages for Guests, ensuring seamless and timely Communication.
- Review and Document pertinent Information in shift logs and daily memo books, prioritising outstanding requests from the previous day.
- Collaborates and Supports Management in various aspects, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching FIVE Tribe members, embracing the FIVER spirit.
- Embraces the Vibe at FIVE by creating a Buzzing and Energising Atmosphere that represents the brand s Disruptive Vision.
- Maintains and Monitors office supply Inventory and Proactively Orders general office supplies as required.
- Adheres to FIVE s Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, and Procedural Standards, ensuring all FIVERs understand and apply them Effectively.
- Operates Front-Of-House Equipment and Property Management Systems in strict adherence to Policies and Procedures.
- Remains Physically Active, carrying out tasks that include standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and engaging in Hands-on tasks ensuring High-Quality Service that exceeds Guest Expectations.
- Guarantees an Insta-Worthy Appearance and Uniform Conformity among all FIVE Tribe Members, upholding the Glamorous Image of FIVE.

What We re Looking For
- A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a supervisory or managerial Front Office role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
- Robust Organisational Skills to efficiently and accurately Manage guest requests and maintain accurate records of shift activities in a timely manner.
- Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a FIVE-Star Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
- Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow FIVERs.
- The ability to focus on Guests Needs, with a calm and courteous attitude that reflects the Vibe at FIVE.
- Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
