Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage plant operations, including equipment maintenance, material inventory, and production scheduling, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Supervise and mentor plant personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment, empowering your team to excel.
  • Monitor concrete mix designs, making adjustments as needed to meet project requirements, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for success.
  • Relevant certifications such as ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I, showcasing your technical expertise.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in concrete batching plant operations, demonstrating industry proficiency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing concrete batching plants, highlighting your ability to lead and deliver results.
