Concrete Factory Foreman/ Engineer Tiger Contracting Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily concrete production activities, including mixing, casting, finishing, and curing.
• Ensure compliance with precast concrete construction methods, material specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee and guide production workers to maintain efficient workflow and safety practices.
• Coordinate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure product consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor equipment operation and coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs or servicing.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and inventory of materials and equipment.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.

Experience & Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in concrete or precast production.
• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete methods, materials, equipment, and factory operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
