Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To manage and control all operations of the concrete plant.
- to develop and adjust the formulas of b ton according to technical needs and applicable standards.
- Ensure the quality of raw materials and the concrete produced (aggregates, cement, additives, water).
- To make technical adjustments and control the machines for optimal production.
- Supervise the teams operating at the power plant and coordinate with the drivers and construction sites.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bac+2/3 in civil engineering, construction or mechanics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a concrete plant, with technical and managerial responsibilities.
- Technical skills: expertise in concrete batching plants, quality control, blueprint reading, production management.
- Personal qualities: rigorous, autonomous, proactive, leadership and team spirit.
- Driving licence B preferred for coordination with cement mixer trucks.
