Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meticulously inspect the concrete pump and all related equipment before each use, identifying and addressing any potential safety hazards or mechanical issues.
  • Skillfully maneuver the concrete pump, precisely positioning it to ensure optimal concrete delivery to the designated pour site, considering factors like ground conditions and obstructions.
  • Operate the concrete pump controls with expertise, regulating the flow and pressure of the concrete to match the specifications of the project, ensuring efficient and accurate placement.
  • Maintain constant communication with the concrete crew, coordinating the pumping process to prevent delays and ensure the smooth and timely completion of concrete pours.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic knowledge and skills.
  • Hold a valid Concrete Pump Operator certification, proving you've met industry standards and are qualified to operate the equipment safely.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Concrete Pump Operator, showcasing your practical knowledge and ability.
  • Display a strong understanding of concrete pumping principles, including concrete mix designs, flow rates, and pressure requirements.
