Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of turbine condensers.
- Monitor condenser performance including pressure, temperature, and vacuum levels.
- Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and testing of condenser tubes and related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, thermal, and water-flow issues affecting condenser performance.
- Coordinate with turbine, boiler, and auxiliary teams for operational efficiency.
- Ensure HSE compliance during all activities.
- Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and work certifications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with turbine condensers in power plants (steam/gas).
- Knowledge of heat exchangers, cooling systems, and vacuum systems.
- Familiar with performance monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in power generation.
