Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks and missions:
- Analyze and study the plans established by the company.
- Execute the planned resource allocation (equipment, materials and labor)
- Proceed with the site installation, paying particular attention to safety: Installation of barriers, lighting, and signage.
- Define the work program.
- Form teams and give them the necessary instructions for each stage of the work.
- Order the necessary materials and equipment.
- Monitor the progress of the work and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the contract.
- Monitor the progress schedules of the work and adherence to deadlines and the committed budget.
- Carry out the measurements, calculate the intermediate or final costs.
- Ensure that safety measures and discipline are enforced on the construction site.
- Monitor the condition of the equipment and its maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
General education: Civil engineering degree;
Professional training: Various civil engineering projects;
Professional experience: 5 years
