• Verify and validate the information provided (contact details, availability, needs).
• Ensure the quality of the data transmitted to the sales team.
• Retain the customer through professional and reassuring communication.
• Follow up on confirmations in the CRM tool or internal database.

• Excellent oral communication and telephone skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to establish a relationship of trust.
• Organization and rigor in information management.
• Mastery of office tools and/or CRM software.
