Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-criticality projects, ensuring delivery that meets or exceeds contractual and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (Customer Directors, Project Teams, Line Managers, and Support Functions), manage customer relationships, and oversee project governance to deliver exceptional results.
You ll specifically take care of optimizing project financial performance, including margin and cash, but also lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
We ll look to you for:
•
Accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance
•
Defining project strategy and ensuring alignment with contract requirements
•
Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders, including resource and team management
•
Managing customer and external stakeholder relationships
•
Proactively managing risks, opportunities, and savings
•
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and ethics

A Master s degree
•
15+ years of experience as a project manager in the railway industry, including at least 5 years managing medium-critical projects
•
Experience working in multinational companies and across diverse business cultures
•
Strong project management skills and knowledge of railway products and systems
•
Advanced negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills
•
Proficiency in managing customer relationships and complex project environments
•
IPMA Level A certification (or equivalent) is desirable
•
Familiarity with Alstom s processes is a plus
