Roles & Responsibilities

Review of RFQ/RFP documents, study, analyze and suggest technical requirements for submission of the Bid document during Bid / Tender Stage

Strategize the cost, BOQ with identification of sources of materials and Estimation of the projects with most value Engineering
Assist at all stages in the bidding to facilitate appropriate data/information submission, aiding/Technical support during the tender finalization
Assist in defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document scope of work and schedule including phasing and interim client requirements
Make value engineering recommendations at the outset of the design
Comment on the design professional s deliverable identifying major errors and omissions in the progress plans
Ensure that the most efficient and cost-effective construction means and methods are incorporated into the design
Prepare comprehensive constructability review of the 100% construction documents

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited university
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project management
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Soft Skills: Collaboration, teamwork, time management, taking initiative, and the ability to receive and implement feedback
Technical Skills: Proficiency in specialized tools and techniques relevant to their role, the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and problem-solving skills within their area of expertise
