Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Monitor permit-to-work systems for restricted or high-risk areas
Coordinate with the supervising consultant and specialist contractors to plan and validate access strategies
Oversee installation and use of specialist height access systems, including hanging platforms and rope-based solutions
Conduct regular inspections of access equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
Support construction sequencing by planning safe access routes and staging zones
Maintain accurate records of access permits, inspections, and approvals
Respond to client and contractor requests regarding access logistics and restrictions
Lead toolbox talks and briefings related to access safety and working at height
Ensure all access operations comply with KSA regulations and project-specific safety requirements

Qualifications

Relevant bachelor's degree in an engineering field
Proven experience with height access systems and working-at-height safety protocols
Strong understanding of KSA safety regulations and permit-to-work systems
Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors
Certification in working at height, rope access, or related safety training preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure or themed entertainment projects is a plus
