We are urgently hiring a Construction Bus Driver to transport site workers and staff safely between labor accommodations, project sites, and other assigned locations. The driver must ensure safety, punctuality, and compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company buses to transport workers to and from construction sites, labor camps, and company premises.

• Conduct daily inspection of the bus, including checking oil, water, tires, and overall vehicle condition.

• Ensure the bus is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.

• Report any mechanical issues, maintenance needs, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.

• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transport policies.

• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and fuel records.

• Ensure all passengers follow safety rules while boarding, traveling, and exiting the vehicle.

• Assist the transport department with other related duties when required (e.g., material transport or errands).

• Be punctual and maintain discipline in daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6).

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bus driver, preferably in a construction company in the UAE.

• Knowledge of UAE roads, traffic signs, and industrial site routes.

• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and respect for safety standards.

• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends if required.
