Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Safely operate a school bus while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for students.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to identify any mechanical issues, ensuring optimal vehicle performance.
Implementing effective strategies to maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere during transport.
Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, school staff, and students regarding transportation schedules and any concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in transportation or child development is a plus.
Valid heavy vehicle driver's license
Experience in handling emergencies effectively
Minimum of two years of driving experience, preferably in a school or public transport setting, demonstrating reliability.
