Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and operational objectives.
• Monitor overall project performance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and approve construction schedules, procurement plans, and manpower strategies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and operational challenges.
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE and QA/QC standards across all projects.
• Support commercial and contract teams in evaluating claims, variations, and project costs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project directors, construction managers, and site teams.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct executive-level progress meetings and provide strategic reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, productivity, and project delivery standards.
• Ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
