Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
- Ensuring the delivery of the contracted Project and Construction Management services to the client.
- Managing and directing the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including planning, design and construction.
- Ensuring the physical implementation of Divisional Health & Safety policy and procedures.
- Ensuring the physical implementation of Divisional QA / QC policy and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
- Preparing staff loading schedules and monitor performance profit & loss responsibility.
- Managing planning, design and construction on large projects and programs.
- Ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.
Qualifications
Roads, Bridges & Highways Experience is Required
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 25 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
Desired Candidate Profile
