Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed construction drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications, codes, and regulations to bring architectural visions to life.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams, interpreting their designs and translating them into clear, actionable blueprints for seamless project execution.
  • Create and modify 2D and 3D models using CAD software, providing visual representations that facilitate effective communication and enhance the understanding of complex designs.
  • Review and analyze existing drawings, identifying discrepancies or errors, and implementing necessary revisions to maintain design integrity and prevent costly mistakes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Diploma or Associate's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of design principles and construction processes.
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction drafting, demonstrating a proven ability to create accurate and detailed drawings for various construction projects.
  • Exhibit proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software, showcasing your ability to create, modify, and manage 2D and 3D drawings with precision.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials, ensuring that your drawings meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
