Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support preparation of construction aids, project deliverables, and execution plans.
- Review engineering drawings and documents for constructability and feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal departments, and third-party agencies.
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates through regular coordination meetings.
- Follow up on daily site activities with subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedule and maintain open work fronts for various disciplines.
- Ensure implementation of HSE requirements and quality standards.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments, mobilization, planning, and schedule updates.
- Review subcontractors’ Job Method Statements (JMS), BBS and verify related invoices.
- Support close-out activities including documentation and final reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering- Civil.
- Minimum 5 years of oil & gas EPC project, ADNOC experience.
- Familiar with ADNOC PTW system is MUST.
- Strong communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to project delivery and deadlines.
