Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate construction plans that optimize resources and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate structural and functional requirements seamlessly into construction projects.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project developments, issues, and resolutions for stakeholder communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in structural design principles.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is highly preferred to validate expertise and ensure compliance.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction engineering, demonstrating practical knowledge of project management in UAE
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams in diverse construction environments is essential for effective collaboration.
Experience in high-rise residential projects
Knowledge of project management fundamentals
Knowledge of document management
Experience with subcontractors and suppliers
Software knowledge
Ability to read construction documentation
Knowledge of UAE legislation, FIDIC, and DBC
PMP certificate preferred
Driving license and car
