Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement construction plans, ensuring compliance with architectural specifications and building codes.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to manage project expectations and timelines effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Utilize advanced software tools for structural analysis and project management to enhance efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in construction principles.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction engineering, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred, demonstrating professional competency.
  • Experience with project management software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project for enhanced workflow.
