Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor productivity and report progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site
- Manage materials and equipment usage efficiently
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, preferably in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
