Oversee carpentry work, including framing, formwork, and finish installations, ensuring precision and compliance with design specifications.

Utilize AutoCAD to review and interpret construction drawings, modify site plans, and prepare work instructions for team members.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Manage and allocate labor resources efficiently, assigning tasks based on skill level and project needs.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of work.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, material usage, labor hours, and safety incidents.

Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored, and that safety gear is available and used correctly.

Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to senior management in English and Arabic.

Use a valid driving license to transport personnel, materials, and documentation between sites and offices as required.

Enforce compliance with local construction regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
