Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Site Prep & Maintenance: Clear debris and hazards to maintain a clean workspace.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials, machinery, and tools across the site.
Trade Support: Assist carpenters, plumbers, and electricians by holding materials or passing tools.
Structural Work: Help assemble and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and barricades.
Earthwork: Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth using manual tools.
Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery such as drills, saws, grinders, and concrete mixers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work Experience: Fresher
Skills: Basic knowledge of construction assistance and physical stamina.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work 10-hour shifts in challenging outdoor environments.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to safety regulations.
