Construction HSE Officer – Trakhees Projects CECEP Techand Ecology & Environment Co Ltd - DUBAI BRANCH

Implement and manage the site HSE Management System (HSEMS). Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety briefings. Lead incident investigations and introduce preventive measures. Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and company safety policies. Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and risk assessments. Conduct staff inductions and safety training sessions. Prepare site-specific risk assessments and HSE plans. Promote a strong safety culture alongside project managers. Monitor site hygiene, welfare facilities, and regulatory adherence. Submit monthly HSE performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. NEBOSH IGC certification. Mandatory Trakhees experience (projects such as Nakheel, Palm Jumeirah, JAFZA, PCFC, or equivalent). IOSH Managing Safely certification. ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 knowledge/certifications. COSHH Risk Assessor training. Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) certification. Fire Safety and First Aid certifications.
