Job Summary

KILONEWTONS is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Inspector with 5+ years of experience to oversee and verify construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards on-site in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and standards
Verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and codes
Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation processes
Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation
Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
Monitor safety compliance and report hazards
Participate in quality audits, progress meetings, and site reviews
Support commissioning and handover activities
Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and non-conformance reports

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Construction Inspector
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in UAE-based construction projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and quality procedures
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills
