Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the construction of the 4-star hotel, ensuring compliance with architectural designs, building codes, and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and hotel stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions

- Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards, and that the finished product meets the client's expectations

- Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

- Proven experience in construction management, preferably with experience on hotel or hospitality projects

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations

- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and hotel stakeholders


Hotel-Specific Requirements:


- Understanding of luxury hotel design and construction requirements

- Experience with high-end finishes and MEP systems

- Knowledge of hotel operational requirements and how they impact construction
