Roles & Responsibilities


  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for civil projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines, and managing resources effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams involved in civil construction projects, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports, documenting progress, challenges, and solutions, and providing regular updates to project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction principles.
  • Has a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in civil construction management, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
