About the Role:
AtkinsR alis is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in infrastructure to join our team in Al Ula. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of complex infrastructure and building projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary construction teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and government stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Uphold AtkinsR alis reputation by fostering strong client relationships and identifying future business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 8 years in similar roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large, multi-functional infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, quality assurance, and HSE standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
