Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best rates and terms while maintaining quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, costs, and resource allocation, to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate communication between various teams, ensuring that information flows smoothly and effectively across all parties involved.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management in Mechanical or Civil background.
  • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience, 10 years of which MUST BE with Saudi Aramco
  • Pipeline project experience in Oil and Gas sector is preferred.
  • Possess strong personality to be able to lead construction of an entire project.
  • Arabic speaking preferably.
  • Ready to join in 1 month after offer acceptance.
