Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete construction activities for HV / EHV substation projects (11kV, 33kV, 132kV).
• Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, technical specifications, and approval procedures.
• Coordinate with DEWA officials for inspections, approvals, energization, and documentation.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress, budget control, manpower planning, and material management.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and timely milestone completion.
• Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and quality control procedures.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Attend client meetings and represent the organization during progress reviews.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material delivery.
• Manage testing & commissioning coordination with relevant authorities.
