Manage end-to-end execution of NDRC works, including microtunneling and pipe jacking operations.

Oversee site activities such as shaft construction (launching & receiving shafts), tunneling, pipe installation, and grouting works.

Coordinate with design, survey, and geotechnical teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.

Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work plans related to tunneling operations.

Monitor daily progress, productivity, and resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials).

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and local authority regulations.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for inspections, approvals, and progress reporting.

Identify and resolve technical challenges such as ground conditions, line & level deviations, and equipment issues.

Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship meets project standards.

Prepare and submit progress reports, lookahead schedules, and cost forecasts.
