Construction Manager CITIC MIDDLE EAST CONTRACTING L.L.C

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team for a newly launched mega development involving Super High-Rise Towers in UAE only. Project Type: • Super High-Rise Towers started from (G+45). • Large-scale mixed-use developments • Villas & wide-area developments Mandatory Experience Requirements: • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the UAE • Extensive experience in Super High-Rise Towers • Must have participated in at least 20 tower projects • Proven experience managing projects from foundation to handover • Previous experience in villa developments • Experience handling large plots and wide construction areas Education & Professional Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) • PMP certification is highly preferred • Membership of the Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) is preferred • Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineering License / G+ Unlimited is a strong advantage • Any additional professional certifications related to construction or project management will be considered an advantage Key Competencies: • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities • Solid knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects efficiently Important Notes: • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE • Only candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered
