Job Summary

We are looking for a capable Construction Manager specializing in Roads & Infrastructure to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibility
Supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
Manage and undertake all type of dry and wet utilities and roadworks.
Provide forecast and look-ahead program and monitor the cost as per project cost.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet specifications and regulations.
Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-control measures are in place.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years experience as a Construction Manager, with a focus on roads and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
